Paisley Baker called meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.

Unfinished Business:

Homecoming: Paisley thanked those who volunteered to help pull things together, Marie Hale, Martin Wallace, Heather Meyer, and Thomas Dalton. Unfortunately, we were unable to get a truck and a person licensed to drive it in time.

Blood Drive: Thanks to those who volunteered. This year they gave away prizes which included T-shirts, mugs, pizza certificates, manicure certificates, etc…

Telephone Drive: BIG thanks from Dr. Schaake's office for all the help you have been. We still have 246 undeclared freshmen to call, so those with extra minutes any time on Thursday, Nov. 11 or in the afternoon on Friday, Nov. 12, please drop by and help us finish up this highly successful pilot project. When the project is over, counselors in the office of student advising will be doing a statistical report, but by all accounts, you guys were an priceless asset.

Committee Reports:

No standing committees exist as of this date.

Paisley asked if any were interested in forming a committee to organize a get together at the Holidays. Jesse Penridge, Heather DuBose, Missy Engleman, Kerri Shearer, Janeen Becker, and Paisley Baker formed the committee and decided to stay after the meeting to discuss plans.

New Business:

Preview Day is November 20 from 11:30 to 3:30 at the University Union. The advisor in your department should contact you. If you don't hear from them, call them to decide what ways you can help them that day. NT40 is already reporting that record numbers will be in attendance this semester. Wear your NAMETAGS that day, and wear green to show your school spirit.
