MISSION OF THE BOARD

          The Mission of the UNT College of Arts and Sciences Development and Advisory Board is to advise and consult with the Dean of the College on how best to advance the research, teaching and service activities of the College.  The College Development and Advisory Board will offer valuable outside perspective on the current state of the various disciplines within the College, and on future trends as they unfold.   It will assist in the development of strategic short- and long-term goals that focus on the creation of new opportunities for enhancing the College’s many diverse programs.   Importantly, it will help secure the financial and other required corporate support necessary to achieve these goals.
