Diversity Advisory Representatives (DARs) 

2007-2008 

(as of fall, 2007)

DARs, who serve a three-year term, advise all faculty search committees on procedures to maximize the receipt of applications from ethnic minority candidates and both genders as appropriate per position. DARs serve to ensure fairness during the search process. DARs are appointed by the Deans of each College and School.

Term expires in August of year noted.
