Workstation will not power on. What do you do?

Workstation cannot print. Describe the troubleshooting steps you would take.

The workstation has "no internet": i.e, nothing comes up under a web browser, and/or it doesn't log in. Describe at least three steps you would take to troubleshoot the problem.

The workstation and/or application the patron was using has stopped responding, and the patron complains about having lost all their work. How would you go about possibly rescuing their work?

A patron asks how to burn files to a CD. Explain the process for both the Windows PCs, and the Macintoshes.

Describe the process you might follow to repair a damaged disk (floppy, ZIP, Flash/USB, etc):

Describe how you would repartition an IDE hard disk.
