The final examination will be in the TWLAB. For the final, access this manual via the website or use a printed version. Also, bring your APA Manual and Brown's textbook. The final is divided into two sections.

Section 1: Bibliography and Reference Materials
I will provide you with several photocopied items. Type a bibliography for them using a word processor on the lab server. This part is based on your work with the APA Manual.

Next, I will provide you with a short skeleton essay with linguistic examples. Rewrite the information into paragraphs with citations of the linguistic examples. This part is based on Linguistic Examples and Source Citation and Linguistic Examples and Source Citation Homework.

Section 2: Analysis
Finally, I will provide three problems for statistical analysis and use of CLAN to analyze CHILDES data. Know how to create data files, read ASCII data files from the server, and read SPSS data files.
